In the second quarter of 2025, the carpooling and ridesharing app market in Cyprus showed varied performance among the top contenders on the Android platform. Here's a closer look at the trends, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Bolt: Request a Ride saw fluctuating weekly download numbers throughout the quarter, ranging from around 600 to over 1.3K. The app reached its peak downloads in the week of June 16, with approximately 1.4K installs.

Uber - Request a ride experienced a steady growth in downloads, with figures climbing from about 500 in early April to a high of 881 in mid-June. The app maintained a consistent presence in the Cypriot market.

Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery had a quieter performance, with downloads generally staying below 100 per week but spiking to 131 in mid-April and 127 by the end of June.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver recorded modest download numbers, mostly fluctuating between 50 and 80. The highest downloads were noted at the end of June, reaching 80.

inDrive. Rides with fair fares showed an increase in downloads towards the end of the quarter, starting from 44 and reaching 71 by June 30.
